SLO : Čestitke za odličen uspeh na Evropskem tudi zakoncema Krašovec in njunemu, afganistanskemu hrtu, Clovisu. Clovisa je v ringu predstavil njegov vzreditelj Martial Robin (Menuel Galopin). Mi smo zelo ponosni naj, saj je Clovis tudi naša stranka (Clovis nosi usnjeno ovratnico MartinGale iz kolekcije "Rois").
ENG : Congratulations for excellent result at EURODOGSHOW 2008 goes to Samo & Tanja Krašovec and their beautiful afghan hound Clovis. Clovis was presented in show ring by his breeder Martial Robin (Menuel Galopin). We are very proud of him, because Clovis is also our customer (he is wearing our leather MartinGale collar, from collection "Rois").

SLO : Čestitke in to prav s posebnim zadovoljstvom tudi Andreji Novak - Ninochka's Borsois ter njeni 10 letni veteranki, Ninochka's Tcharodeiki, za osvojen prestižni naslov BOB Veteran. Ninochka's Tcharodeika "Tara" je Verušina babica :) in spet smo zelo ponosni na prijatelje :)

ENG : Congratulations, with big pleasure, to Andreja Novak - Ninochka's Borsois and her 10 year-old veteran, Ninochka's Tcharodeika, for excellent result at EURODOGSHOW at Budapest. Tara won the title of Veteran BOB. She is also the Veruscha's grandmother :) and once again we are very proud of our friends :)

SLO : Ninochka's Uvertura je dobila oceno odlično v razredu Šampionov (18 psic v katalogu) in to je lep rezultat. Čestitke za odlično oceno Verušini mami ... ja, spet imamo nekaj skupnega :)

ENG : Ninochka's Uvertura got EXC in Champion class (18 females in katalog) and this is a very nice result. Congratulations to Veruscha's mom ... yep, we have another relative with nice result at EuroDogShow 2008, and this time is her mother :))

NINOCHKA'S VERUSCHKA - 1st PLACE in Lure Coursing !

PRVI / 1st CACL COURSING SLOVENIJA, 6. SEPTEMBER 2008 - DOLSKO PRI LITIJI

SLO : ... Veruša ob progi čaka na svoj štart ...
ENG : ... Veruscha is watching out for the start ...

SLO : ... prvič v coursing "dekci" in z nagobčnikom - pogled pove vse !
ENG : ... first time wearing the coursing blanket and muzzle - well, she's not happy at all !

SLO : ... na srečo pa je to ni kaj dosti motilo, saj je celo progo odlično lovila umetno "vabo" ...
ENG : ... fortunately she didn't care about the muzzle at all and she followed the lure perfectly from the start to finish ...


SLO : ... Verušin performans dveh odličnih tekov ji je prinesel zasluženo 1.mesto EXC1 - 172 točk (female borzoi) in Coursing Licenco :)
ENG : ... and two really excellent performances (first run in brace and the second run alone) of cheasing the lure gain her 1st Place EXC1 - 172 points (borzoi female) and a Coursing Licence :) BRAVO BRAVO !

THE GUARD DOGS

SLO : Če ne spita, pa zavzeto pazita hišo in mene :)) .....hkm, no ja, še dobro, da je Alvar pri hiši, ker je prevzel vlogo čuvaja in misli, da je - po moje najmanj kak NEsocializiran nemški ovčar :), ker vzrajno preganja vse "vaške cucke" stran od hiše. Ne glede na pasmo in velikost ! ... vse se odvija pod budnim očesom "kontrolork" :))
ENG : They are watching a house and me ... when they are not sleeping of course :)) .... hkmmmm, well ... fortunatelly I have also Alvar whose taking a job of a guard dog very seriously - I suppose that he thinks that he is at least a very UNsocialised german shepard :) Because he makes runaway all neibourghoud dogs, no matter what breed and size ... and two ladies are very good supervisors :))

Piknik Slovenskega kluba za Hrte

Krog - 5.julija 2008 - 3 Grazie (Bagrijana, Ninochka's Zoya in Ninochka's Veruschka) so se senčile pod borovci po napornem divjanju v prelepi okolici in med konji ... dvonožci pa uživali v naravi in klepetu.

Slovenski klub za hrte je z velikim uspehom organiziral Evropski kongres irskih volčjih hrtov, ki je potekal od 23. do 25. maja 2008 v Kranjski Gori.

Na kongresu se je zbralo več kot 100 slušateljev in to kar iz 26 držav sveta - med njimi iz Japonske, Islandije, Kanade, ZDA ..., če omenimo le nekatere.

Dvodnevni specialni razstavi za Irske volčje hrte sta privabili razstavljelce iz 16 držav Evrope - najdaljšo pot je opravil razstavljalec iz Finske. Pripotoval je kar 2873 km - V ENO SMER !!

Zvezda razstave v soboto in v nedeljo je zmagovalec sobotnega in nedeljskega BIS-a CH PITLOCHRY'S CATWAEZLE iz Nizozemske.

Prireditev je bila ocenjena z superlativi - tako s strani udeležencev in razstavljelcev, sodnikov in predstavnika Kinološke zveze Slovenije - kajti odlična organizacija in fantastične okolica Kranjske gore v sončnem vremenu - se je tokrat izkazala za nepremagljivo kombinacijo .

Annalisa is presenting herself and her dogs :))

Hy there, my name is Annalisa and -maybe- some of you may already know me. I breed Whippets and Charty Polskie and it's easy to run into me at dog shows :-) I don't have much to add to your imagination: I live for my dogs, I take care of them, I'm their trainer ande chaffeur too :-) Dogs were never been in my life before, I'm a newcomer and switching from horses to sighthounds has been natural. Dogshows are like a vacation day, I really enjoy them and work hard at home to give to my "guys" a proper handling and making sure to have no surprises at all. I can say that my subjects loves to be showed and none of them have been stressed, they can't wait the next weekend! I'm starting now to breed a good litter's number, I mean 4 or 5 for year, and it's really hard to find the "perfect sire" for my bitches: it' s more a "statistic's matter" than all, it means that I have a kind of "virtual catalog" in wich I put all the sires that -in my opinion- are useful to my program. So, every year, I have to find a certain number of suitable stallions, and as the time goes by, it gets harder! Fortunately the science is making a lot of things possible thanks to chilled and frozen semen, but the distance still remain an obstacle to the breeding activity. A champion is not always a quality's guarantee, the pedigree works 100 times better, infact the last sire I choose is not a champion but he he did nice things already in his litters . The problem is that, I'm sure , there are a lot of nice dogs who will never be showed, making impossible to breeders to watch at them: dogshows exist exactly for this reason, to get connection with others with your interests, goals. People should do more shows, infact I always encourage my new owners to go at shows twice, at least, in a year. I could say more, but this is not my web site, it's about Vida !!! :-)))
